Abstract
Class Management comes from two words, namely from the words management and class. Management comes from the word Management, which is also translated as management. In other words, the meaning of Management is business management, management, directors, managing the use of resources effectively to achieve the desired targets. This exploration includes field research, namely: "Exploration carried out logically using collect data in the field." the place chosen as a situation for exploring natural signs that occur in that area, which is also carried out for actual exploration" (Arikunto, 1995). research that results in the production of descriptive data in the form of words spoken by people and observable behavior. Using category management applications to increase student learning motivation at the Nur Ihsan Area Private Islamic High School, researchers used qualitative research methods that were in accordance with the problem conclusions and research objectives. This research was Islamic High School, researchers used qualitative research methods that were in conducted at Nur Ihsan Islamic Private High School Medan, Jalan. Together with No 83, Bandar Selamat, Kec. Tembung Field. Data Collection Method In this case the researcher used qualitative data in data collection. The data collection techniques that researchers use to obtain the required information are as follows: 1. Primary data The purpose of collecting information is to get directly to the research position. The following methods were used for primary data collection: a. Interview b. Observation or Observation, c. Documentation, d. Data Collector Subject 2. Secondary data Searching for and obtaining information and data from novels, diaries and other objective works related to research is the aim of the researcher's library research.
