Abstract

With the advancement of information technology, healthcare professionals are now beginning to leverage it to enhance the quality of healthcare services. Currently, many community health centres (puskesmas) are utilising information technology to improve their services; however, there are still some that have not adopted this technology, resulting in healthcare services that are not yet fully optimised. One such example is UPT. Puskesmas Tanjung Morawa, which has not yet effectively implemented information technology, leading to issues such as inefficient data management and suboptimal healthcare services. To address these challenges, a healthcare service information system has been developed using the Federal Enterprise Architecture Framework (FEAF) method, aimed at improving healthcare services at UPT. Puskesmas Tanjung Morawa. The presence of this information system will assist the puskesmas in managing data more efficiently and in providing better healthcare services to the community. The FEAF method is beneficial as it offers a structured framework for system development by analysing four types of architecture: business architecture, data architecture, application architecture, and technology architecture.
