Abstract

This research aims to find out the Technological, Pedagogical and Content Knowledge (TPACK) competencies of SKI Teachers at MAN 2 Model Medan. This research focuses on teacher technology competence, teacher pedagogical competence and teacher content competence in implementing the learning process in the classroom. This research uses qualitative research methods with an emphasis on a naturalistic analysis approach. This research uses observation, interview and documentation data collection techniques. The data analysis technique for this research uses descriptive analysis of miles and humbermen, namely: data reduction, data presentation and data verification/drawing conclusions. The results of this study show that: (1) The technological competence of SKI teachers in MAN 2 Model Medan in utilizing information and communication technology in the interests of the learning process is not in the good category, as can be seen from the lack of use of technology in the classroom (2) The pedagogic competence of SKI teachers in MAN 2 Model Medan in carrying out learning is included in the category of adequately carrying out the learning process well, and able to organize and manage classes. In addition, they are also able to master several learning methods applied in learning. (3) The content competence of SKI teachers in MAN 2 Model Medan in carrying out learning is included in a good category, as seen from mastering learning topics and also being able to develop an understanding of teaching materials
