Abstract
This study aims to determine: (1) Implications of STEAM Learning (2) cognitive development of children aged 5-6 years (3) Obstacles faced by teachers in the implications of STEAM learning on cognitive development of children aged 5-6 years in Pratiwi Kindergarten in Galuh Village. Perbaungan District. This research was conducted on April 22 to May 20, 2022. The type of research carried out is a qualitative approach research. The results of this study indicate that the implications of STEAM learning in developing children’s character are: 1) The way teachers apply STEAM learning strategies that are more interesting, active and provide opportunities for children to discover new knowledge, 2) Teachers can use various media, methods and learning strategies to encourage children in the learning process, 3) There are many obstacles faced by teachers, one of which is less varied and active teachers in teaching so that
