Abstract

This study aims to determine how effective individual counseling services are in dealing with self-confidence in victims of bullying in MTs. Datuk Abdullah Education Foundation. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research. The subjects in this study were BK teachers and students who were victims of bullying. The data collection techniques in the form of interview techniques. Data analysis carried out is data reduction, data presentation and verification or data conclusion. The results of this study indicate that individual counseling services in schools in dealing with self-confidence in victims of bullying have been seen to be quite effective. This is evident from the results of interviews that researchers conducted with BK teachers and also 9 students, the students showed a change after the individual counseling services were carried out by BK teachers.
