Abstract
This study aims to find out that learning management is very important in improving student achievement. Maximum learning management will have an impact on student achievement to the maximum. At Al Ulum Integrated Islamic Junior High School Medan, learning management has not been maximized. The purpose of this research is to contribute to school leaders in learning management so that student achievement can increase. The type of research used in writing this thesis is qualitative with a descriptive approach. This study provides descriptive data in manuscript drawings, interviews, field defects, personal documents, memo notes, and other documents. The research subjects in this thesis are school principals, vice principals for curriculum and teachers. The data collection instrument of this research uses observation, interview and documentation techniques. Data analysis techniques by reducing data, presenting data, and verifying data. The results of this study show that the implementation of learning management in improving student achievement is still not optimal, both in terms of management and learning, and how are the achievements of students in school. For this reason, this research can be continued by interested parties.
