Abstract

The aim of this research is to make PAI learning run as effectively as possible by using an application, namely Microsoft Teams. At that time, an incident occurred, namely an outbreak of the Covid-19 disease, in which case the school stopped face-to-face learning. This research uses qualitative methods by collecting data through interviews, observation and documentation. Data and data sources are obtained from primary data and secondary data. The data analysis used is qualitative data analysis with data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this research indicate that the use of the Microsoft Teams application at SMAS Budi Agung Medan is very effective and efficient This is proven by the enthusiasm of students at the school in participating in online learning. Learning activities are carried out with an introduction, core and conclusion which are designed and made as interesting as possible by the PAI SMAS Budi Agung Medan teacher. The Microsoft Teams application has many advanced features in it that other applications don't have so that it is easy for teachers and students to understand when carrying out KBM (teaching and learning activities).
