Abstract

This study aims to: (1) determine the effect of learning motivation on learning achievement of Islamic religious education at SDN 101815 Sidodadi, (2) determine the effect of discipline on learning achievement of Islamic religious education at SDN 101815 Sidodadi, (3) determine the effect of learning motivation and discipline on learning achievement of Islamic Religious Education at SDN 101815 Sidodadi together. This research is a type of quantitative research with conclusions drawn through statistical analysis. The research location is at SDN 101815 Sidodadi, the population is all class IV, V and VI totaling 177 students, and the research sample totaling 66 students. The data collection technique used a closed questionnaire with a Likert scale. Data analysis techniques include: (1) instrument test, validity and reliability test, (2) research prerequisite test, normality test, linearity, heteroscedasticity, and multicollinearity, (3) hypothesis test, using multiple linear regression test, t test, F test and the coefficient of determination. The results of the study: (1) There is a positive and significant influence between learning motivation on learning achievement of Islamic Religious Education, as evidenced by the obtained t count > t table of 6.076 > 1.999 and sig value of 0.000 <0.05, (2) There is a positive and significant effect between discipline on learning achievement of Islamic Religious Education, as evidenced by the obtained t count > t table of 6.659 > 1.999 and sig value of 0.000 <0.05 (3) There is a positive and significant influence between learning motivation and discipline on learning achievement of Islamic Religious Education together -same, as evidenced by the obtained value of F arithmetic > F table of 41.657 > 3.140 witha sig value of 0.000 <0.05 and a determination value of R of 0.569 (56.9%) meaning that 56.9% of learning achievement in Islamic Religious Education is influenced by motivational factors learning and discipline, while 43.1% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study, such as family, environmental, economic, facilities and others.
