Abstract

Adolescent “reproductive.health problems..that need attentionaare infections of the reproductivee organs, including vaginal discharge. 75% of women worldwide experience vaginal discharge at least once in their life. Vaginal discharge is abnormal vaginal discharge in women. This study aims to determine the relationship between the incidence of vaginal discharge with the knowledge and attitudes of students at the Darul Hikmah Islamic Boarding School TPI Medan (111 respondents). This.type offresearch is a quantitativeestudy withha crosssectional design, the sample is all students of the DarulHikma Islamic Boarding School TPI Medan, and data collection is carried out to capture knowledge and attitudes about the occurrence of vaginal discharge. Questionnaire format. Data analysis used chi-square test at level = 0.05. As a result, most of the female students had little knowledge about vaginal discharge, and most of the female students were positive about vaginal discharge. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that there is no significant relationship between knowledge (0.06) and attitude, and there is a significant relationship (0.00) with the frequency of vaginal discharge in female students at Darul Hikmah Islamic Boarding School. .can do. TPI Medan.”
