Abstract

Human resources are the most important element in an organization, maintaining harmonious relationships with others and colleagues continuously became very important.Theory of human resource management said that things are important to note in the maintenance of the relationship are motivation ,job satisfaction , stress reduction, counseling and disciplinary sanctions, communication systems, organizational change and development as well as improving the quality of life of the workers
