Abstract

Communication and Information Technology includes two aspects, they are information technology and communication technology. Information Technology, is relating to process, use as aids, manipulation, and information management. While communication technologie is relating to the use of assistive devices for processing and transferring data from one device to another. Therefore, communication and information technology are integrated in a multi-media broadcasting, which is associated with the processing, manipulation, management, and transformation between media. The development of communications and information technology so sophisticated that it can penetrate divider in various aspects of human social life. Communications and information technology in libraries are expectations of library users and librarians
