Abstract
The implementation of agricultural chili in peasant according to persfective Yusuf al Qaradhawi in Lima Puluh district Batu Bara regency have various type, this matter visible from different in their understanding about of agricultural chili zakat law , ranging from the calculation of nisab,determination of the amount of chili that must be given for zakat and collection and distribution of agricultural chili. The study took the basic problem of how the implementation of agricultural chili in peasant according to persfective Yusuf al Qaradhawi in Lima Puluh district Batu Bara regency? Then the formulation of the problem was revealed in the form of: 1) How is the concept of agricultural chili in peasant in Lima Puluh district Batu Bara regency? 2) How the implementation of agricultural chili in peasant in Lima Puluh district Batu Bara regency? 3) How implementation of agricultural chili in peasant according to persfective Yusuf al Qaradhawi in Lima Puluh district Batu Bara regency? This study used qualitative method and including research Emprical Islamic Law. The procedure of data collection by interview, observation and documentation, in this case is rural chili farming community in three village that is Lubuk Cuik village, Titi Merah and Bulan Bulan village in Lima Puluh district Batu Bara regency. This result showed that the rural farming community in Lubuk Cuik village, Titi Merah and Bulan Bulan village in general do not understanding of zakat mean intact, only partially that understanding that the law of zakat is duty, but the level of legal basic, mandotary requirement, as well as calculation in determination of zakat, that their output in agricultural zakat is still very low. In submission of zakat, by amil and almost sdirectly given to indigent, medicant, neighbour, or to people in need. Whereas the time output of zakat each harvest. Whereas persfective Yusuf al Qaradhawi about implementation of zakat in three village no mathces in about obligation issued and agricultural chili in peasant removed from the net, while that which is not appropiate including no nisab that a guideline then level incurred only 2,5% as well as the uneven distribution. The better sollution is to create chili zakat handbook in particular so that no different of understand about zakat, and public better understand of zakat.
