Abstract
Effect of human resources is very large within in an organization. therefore it is necessary a planning and development of human resources. So We will know the human resource strengths in managing an organization, especially the in library organization. In Library IAIN North Sumatra in facing of information development, and users demand for information,it’s necessary staff in the management of information, so that information can be presented in accordance with applicable rules.
