Abstract
Theories and concepts management in use today are actually not new in Islamic perspective. The management has been there at least when God created the universe and its contents. Management elements had been exist in creaturing the nature. When Prophet Adam as caliph lead the universe has to implement the elements of the management. Management in Islam is an activity, processes and procedures to achieve the goal. Work by each job to the fullest. So togetherness and the end goal being the main focus
