Abstract

motivation is the drive that determine human behavior and actions. He is the kry factor in interpreting and giving birth to human actions. in the islamic concept called niyyah and worship. one element of motivation that is the element that needs an internal state which causes certain results seem attractive, an insatiable need for creating a desire to encourage individuals to achieve it. one is the basic human needs. As has beenexplained that the dimensions of the human soul according to the understanding of the verses of the Qur'an includes Ruh, al- Nafs, al-Fithrah, al-Qalb, an-Nafsu.
