Abstract

This research is based on the fact that the development of information and communication technology, which is growing along with the times, can actually influence people's attitudes and mindsets. One form of information and communication technology development is the large number of social media that are currently a community need, especially social media Twitter. among generation Z .or adolescent. Especially on Twitter social media users are very free in accessing various information. However, this is the case where many parties abuse the use of Twitter social media, such as fraud, bullying, watching vulgar videos, even to having free sex which is currently rife among adolescents. This made me interested in conducting research using observation techniques and qualitative descriptive methods using interviews as primary data collection techniques.
