Abstract

Systematic analysis is carried out in this research to examine the capability of Return on Assets and Leverage to change Capital Structure. Capital Structure is applied as a dependent variable, while Return On Assets and Leverage have a role as independent variables. This study employed secondary data, as shown on the annual balance sheet. Multiple linear regression is used as an analysis method, backed by SPSS 25. The estimation results verify that ROA is found to have a significantly negative influence on the capital structure with t-count -3.354 < 3,18245 t-table and significance level 0.044 < 0.05, while LeverageLeverage was found not to have any partial influence on capital structure with t-count 1.982 < 3,18245 t-table and significance level of 0.142 > 0.05.
