Abstract

This thesis describes Students' Perceptions of Bullying Behavior at SMA Negeri 1 Kualuh Selatan. This research was conducted at SMA Negeri 1 Kualuh Selatan. This study describes how students perceive bullying behavior. This is seen from how the student organizes the understanding he gets from what he gets, such as the sense of hearing, as well as the sense of sight, which then from the understanding of something next will be organized in the human brain, which will then be uttered through words, so in this case the student's perception is what the student receives and understands in him. This study aims to describe students' perception of what they know about bullying in the school environment. The results of the study showed that there were several behaviors that were indicated to bully their classmates, with this indication showing that the students were able to interpret what was meant by this bullying treatment. The most common bullying carried out at the research location is verbal bullying, which refers to ridiculing, insulting, and even staying away from the bullied target, namely his own classmates. With this bullying treatment, not only the victims and perpetrators involved but also students who are witnesses to the bullying. From their involvement, all students in this school environment will see how they view bullying.
