Abstract

The leakage of LPG cylinders or devices is still one of the main causes of firesthat are known to be flammable so that the breaking of LPG cylinders is a bigbet for a fire. To overcome this, a tool is made that can prevent errors or gas leaksthat often occur to homeowners. This research aims to find out a security control framework for homeowners and survive in the event of a gas leak. The techniquesused in this device are instrument planning strategies to identify gas leaks andsecurity frameworks at home when left by the owner. So fromthese resultsassuming a gas leak in the LPG room and the ADC value is more than 700, thefan will turn on and the GSM module will send an SMS to the smart phone withthe message “Gas identified” and if the ADC value is below 700, the fan will turnof then the GSM module will give a message to the smart phone with SMS “Gassafe”. Furthermore, for the security of a house, especially by utilizingtheentrance sensor placed at the entrance then the RTC (Real Time Clock) moduleisset by the clock on the cellphone, if the entrance is open then the ring will soundand if the entrance is open beyond the RTC setting time, then the house is safe.
