Abstract
This study described and analyzed 3 research focuses. First, to describe the teachers creativity development program at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 2 Medan. Second, to describe the implementation of teachers’ creativity development at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 2 Medan. Third, to describe the results achieved in the development of teacher creativity at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 2 Medan. This study used descriptive qualitative methods, namely to investigate, describe and reveal the results of research regarding the teachers’ creativity development. Data collection techniques used interviews, observation, and documentation. The interactive model of data analysis is from Miles and Hubermen which used three stages, namely: data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions.
