Abstract

An effective organization is definitely influenced by good communication interactions between leaders and members. The use of communication theory in organizations is the basis for this article to understand how important communication is in creating an effective organization. Communication in an organization is not far from the problem of creating an effective organization. Therefore, in this article we will explain the keys to communication so that your organization is more efficient and effective. Apart from the keys to communication in organizations, we will also explain the functions and forms of communication in organizations, as well as the process of good communication in organizations. This type of research uses qualitative methods, and this research uses a library research-based approach through book and journal reviews.
