Abstract
The Insurance of halal product in Indonesia organize to incoming product or revolve in Indonesia, at the first the halal certification in Indonesia is taken over by Majelis Ulama Indonesia (MUI) which is the movement of civil society which have the support of the state. However after its release UU JPH, however the authority of halal certification is switched to Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Produk Halal (BPJPH). The halal certification which was beginning voluntary and nowadays do not have the legal law legitimacy has become a mandatory. Unfortunately the academic studies in the field of halal medicine as a consequence from existence UU No.33 of 2014 not many to found. Although the research of halal pharmaceutical start to get attention, but its existence is not maximal enough. This research is become necessary to answer some problems such as, the first is How is the procedure of halal certification publishing depend on law No.33 of 2014 about the insurance of halal product, the second is what are the dynamics which appear before and after existence UU No. 33 of 2014 and the applicable regulation in Indonesia related to provide halal medicines, and the third is How the effort which is conducted stakeholders to implement UUNo.33 of 2014 in the pharmacy and its obstacles. The research method which is used of the Normative Law research is a research which is related to cause of action law, law systematics, law synchronization, comparative law and law history. This Normative Law Studies also the part of research which is conducted of secondary data source whose emphasize to theory and also qualitative analysis. This research applied qualitative method by using Islamic Law Approach. The application of halal certification to medicine product face various kinds of dynamics, problem and also obstacles of various things, unpreparedness in accepting consequences that all of products must be halal certified be a scourge for pharmacy industry, the system non-operate well as a whole to make sure that the medicine being produced is the halal medicine to be caused cannot be enforced UU.No.3 of 2014 overall, and cannot be implemented yet to all products especially for medicine by giving of the law certainty for consumers.
