Abstract
This study aims to address the problems of eight proposed hypotheses, which include: 1) Is there a direct influence of madrasa culture on the work ethics of Madrasah Aliyah teachers in North Sumatra Province; 2) Is there a direct influence of innovative attitudes on the work ethics of Madrasah Aliyah teachers in North Sumatra Province; 3) Is there a direct influence on madrasa culture on Madrasa Aliyah teachers' work commitments in North Sumatra Province; 4) Is there a direct influence on innovative attitudes towards Madrasah Aliyah teacher work commitments in North Sumatra Province; 5) Is there an indirect effect of innovative attitudes on teacher work commitments through the work ethics of Madrasah Aliyah in North Sumatra Province; 6) Is there an indirect effect of madrasa culture on teacher work commitments through the work ethics of Madrasah Aliyah in North Sumatra Province; 7) Is there a direct influence of work ethics on the work commitments of Madrasah Aliyah teachers in North Sumatra Province; and 8) How big is the simultaneous influence of madrasa culture, innovative attitudes and work ethics together on the work commitments of Madrasah Aliyah teachers in North Sumatra Province.
