Abstract

ABSTRACT The issue in this study is the planning, organizing, implementing, monitoring and evaluation of learning management morals in Pondok Pesantren Modern Muhammadiyah Langkat Binjai Kuala Honey. Methodologically this is a qualitative research study to search, analyze and make interpretation of the data found through the study of documents, interviews and observations. The data have been collected through the standard validity examined the validity of the data in the form of reliability, reliability and confirmation. Techniques of data analysis is to reduce, presenting and making conclusion of the study. The findings of this study there are five, namely: 1. Management planning in the form of moral teaching syllabus and lesson plan that elaboration through a standard content analysis conducted by subject teachers of morals well ordered so that the achievement of learning objectives can be achieved with either. 2. Organizing, making the division of labor boarding school teachers and staff as well as the schedule of activities supporting teaching and learning process can run smoothly. Placement of teachers according to their educational background and competence to administer subjects and content enhancements. 3. In the process of implementation, learning and conducting additional charge to empower teachers, employees and facilities in class according to the needs and potential. 4. On the implementation of the regulatory process that is implemented in line with the learning process is done with scheduled by the principal through program monitoring and supervision. In this supervision if found obstacles in the learning process will directly and simultaneously achieving anticipated goals effectively and efficiently. 5. Evaluation of learning management undertaken to determine the character of the learning progress of students every day, so if there are students who have not reached the target of learning to do specific actions, especially affective and psychomotor.
