Abstract
Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) is an important and main thing in the work environment, including in the office environment. Every company or office must pay attention to the safety and health of its workers. In order for an employee to feel safe, secure, and have their safety protected at work, an assessment of the use of office K3 during a pandemic must be carried out in every agency. The government has established one of the implementations of K3 in tackling the Corona virus by establishing a number of health protocol policies according to WHO recommendations, by providing various health facilities for workers who have contracted the Corona virus with a predetermined social distancing policy. developed into Large-Scale Social Restrictions (PSBB). This research is descriptive in nature with an observational study to provide a clear picture of the research conducted by observing the conditions that occur directly using the case study method or approach. This case study research was conducted in one of the government-owned health agencies, to be precise in the office environment of the Sundari General Hospital in Medan. Based on the results of the assessment from the Ministry of Health's Questionnaire regarding the application of office OSH that had been carried out, it showed a figure of 69%, which means that the application of office OSH at the Sundari General Hospital in Medan met the "good" criteria according to the assessment standards from the Ministry of Health. Then based on the results of an assessment from the Ministry of Health's Questionnaire regarding the COVID-19 health protocol that had been carried out, it showed a figure of 62%, which means that the implementation of the health protocol during the COVID-19 pandemic at the Sundari Medan General Hospital met the "good" criteria according to the assessment standards from the Ministry of Health. Research on the implementation of Occupational Safety and Health during the COVID-19 pandemic at the Sundari General Hospital in Medan has been carried out in accordance with government policy.
