Abstract

Success in improving the ability of cooperation from an early age is an opportunity for the success of child cooperation at a later stage. The purpose of this study was to improve the collaboration skills of children aged 4-5 years using block games as media which were carried out in groups. The method used classroom action research. The collecting data method used observation and documentation. The subjects were ten children aged 4-5 years in the Ar-Rahman class. After playing the block game using more effective steps, the children's offerings from pre-cycle, cycle 1, and cycle 2 saw an increase in the cooperation the children obtained. The "BB" criterion during the pre-cycle is 30% and the "BSB" criterion has not been reached. The "BB" criteria during the first cycle reach 12.50% and "BSB" 15%. The "BB" criterion in cycle 2 is 0% and "BSB" reach 85%. The results show an increasing in the cooperation of children aged 4-5 years by using blocks.
