Abstract

Islamic education management is a challenge for teachers andschool management leaders. Multicultural enrolled students are criticallyevaluated at their schools for their learning. To avoid any kindof cultural bias, teachers are required to have multicultural personalities. This research is developed for investigation of the impact of multicultural attitude, multicultural attitude on multicultural teacherculture with moderating impact of multicultural school leadership. Theprimary data based on a Likert scale questionnaire is employed. SmartPLS 3.0 is used for data analysis and study findings. The outcomesreveal the impact of multicultural attitude, multicultural attitudeonmulticultural teacher culture with moderating impact of multicultural school leadership is significant. This research is remarkable as it isbased on the research gap in the literature. The scope of this studyislimited to educational institutes in China. Furthermore, the researchissignificant because of its theoretical as well as practical implicationsbased on its findings. The study has explored the literatureverycarefully, and the limitations of this research are directing the futuredirections for scholars to explore further literature and contributenewdimensions to the model of Islamic education management. Theresearch also has future directions for scholars to explore further gapsin the literature.
