Abstract
The focus of the study goes to the Learning Culture and Social Attitude of Students of Prime Achievement of State Vocational Junior High School 2 Northern Rantau, Labuhanbatu Regency, North Sumatera Province, Indonesia, conducted by means of qualitative method with descriptive data in the forms of written and oral text derived from certain observable attitudes. The result shows that the level of intellectual intelligence synergizes non-intellectual elements, namely learning intelligence by creating learning opportunities, self-learning embodied in self-confidence, consistency in the forms of learning stability, creativity in managing time affecting the ways of learning to obtain prime achievement. To synergize intellectual ability with non intellectual creates a pattern called learning culture. Learning culture is not something brought from birth or nature but something owned or practiced to make self- learning, consistency in learning, and creativity developing easy and by this learning strategies could be obtained leading to make learning a habit and ultimately forming a learning culture.
