Abstract
One of the most phenomenal problems in the education system today is the package system, but the system is less ambitious in terms of the fact that students are basically a good combination of abilities, talents and interests. To end their service, it will be done by holding a smart student meeting program with a semester credit system model. The purpose of this study is an effort to provide effective, efficient and maximum education services to the diversity of students so that their performance is good, maximum and fast. This study uses a qualitative research approach for this type of case study. Data collection techniques met by using interviews, observation and documentation. The results show that the PDCI program meets the SKS model that will be applied. Programs in planning start from formulating policies, forming teams, organizing seminars, implementing teacher and student selection, compiling work programs and managing permits by submitting proposals.
