Abstract

The author uses field research methods used are observation guidelines, documentation and data analysis techniques. The interview data used in this research is by using qualitative methods. The main problem discussed in this thesis is how the principal's supervision strategy towards improving teacher performance at SMK Broadcasting Bina Creative Medan. To solve the problem. The findings of this study conclude: 1) The implementation of the supervision of the principal at the Broadcasting Bina Creative Vocational School in Medan City has been carried out effectively. 2) the performance of teachers at the Broadcasting Bina Creative Vocational School in Medan City has been carried out well, so that teacher performance has increased every year. 3) improving the performance of teachers at the Broadcasting Bina Creative Vocational School in Medan City has an effect on the supervision of the principal so as to produce a positive impact on improving teacher performance. This study recommends that the process of knowing whether there are deviations in the implementation of learning is followed by continuous improvement and supervision of the principal so as to ensure that learning activities are carried out in real terms and are planned activities.
