Abstract

The Information Age requires libraries to adjust for changes in according to users need where libraries should be able to provide information that is easy, fast and precise that can be accessed without being limited distance.Information must be accessible anytime and anywhere.Cloud computing is a trend for libraries to be able to answer all the problems that exist in the library. The concept of cloud computing that provide online access through services provided library is believed to provide a solution to the problems .But on its application, cloud computing raises a number of constraints. At the end, this paper aims to describe the application of the concept of cloud computing and the obstacles encountered in its application in the library.
