Abstract
Information Technology (IT) include resources of hardware and software and human resources (brainware). IT must be able to resolve the major issues such as the availability and readiness of Human Resources (HR) were reliable in managing any IT-related, the technical-operational nature seeks to increase productivity of employees that one of solution is Outsourcing Project.
