Abstract
The library is essentially formed to serve the community and the public need to get a quality service. An employee of the library must have highly motivated in carrying out duties full responsibility and show a high productivity. This is about personal pride that he will be motivated to work hard, especially if they received support from temwork and appreciation of the leadership
