Abstract
This research aims to describe the process of budget planning spending fund income and endowments, the process of implementation of the fund's charitable supervisory process, and financing education funds endowments held in Islamic College As-Sunnah Deli Serdang. This research uses qualitative methods with a feminological approach. Informants in this research are chairman of Al-Risalah Al-Khoiriyah foundation, chairman of the Islamic College As-Sunnah, vice chairman of finance in Islamic College As-Sunnah, treasurer of Islamic College As-Sunnah, and employee of Islamic College As-Sunnah. The technique of data collection was done through deep interviews, observation, and documentation. Technique of data analysis performed by reducing data, display data, and verification. Technique of validity data by data triangulation, transferability, and confirmability. The findings in this research there are three: (1) Planning the budget revenue and spending funds endowments in Islamic College As-Sunnah performed at the end of Hijriyah. The process of planning the budget revenue and expenditure should be implemented systematically. This form of financing is poured and planning is based in the activity plan and the annual budget Islamic College As-Sunnah. (2) Implementation of the Charitable funds for purchases on the Islamic College As-Sunnah have already done well. It can be seen from the allocation process has been done. (3) Supervision of the educational Charitable fund financing in Islamic College As-Sunnah Deli Serdang with direct supervision, with the sense that directly overseen by the Chief of the Islamic College As-Sunnah, and his in the form of a monthly report. The form control is done in two ways, namely by means of anticipating and establishment of the audit team by the Foundation.
