Abstract

Our behavior is guided by moral, ethical, and law. The law on computer have been applied in many countries to overcome concerns about computer crime, the right to access the data, the right to privacy, and software patents. Some countries are more advanced than others in these laws issues, and laws in one country may influence the use of information technology (computer systems) in the other place. Computer ethics as the analysis of the nature and social impact of use computer technology ethically. Kata kunci :Moral, Etika, Hukum dan Teknologi Informasi
