Abstract
The problem in this study is the management of improving the quality of students' creativity in the Mawaridussalam Islamic Boarding School in Deli Serdang Regency.This study aims to understand planning, organizing, implementing, and supervising in improving the santri’s creativity at the Mawaridussalam Islamic Boarding School, Deli Serdang Regency. Methodologically, this research is an empirical research in a qualitative approach. Primary data sources are the head of the foundation, the principal, the head of care, the teacher, and the santri. While the archive books, activity reports, and management implementation documents are secondary data.In collecting data, the methods used are observation, interviews, and documentation.In analyzing the research data using qualitative analysis techniques, with steps of data exposure, data reduction, and conclusion drawing. The general findings in this study are the objective conditions of the Mawaridussalam Islamic Boarding School. The specific findings, are: (1) planning is made and analyzed together, discussed and determined through a meeting mechanism with all field heads of each santri. (2) Organizing is carried out by adjusting the ability of educators in carrying out the development of santri’s creativity. (3) Implementation actually emphasizes activities that are directly related to people in the organization. (4) Supervision is carried out by evaluating each activity of the santri, supervising every activity that takes place in each field given assignments according to the work of each field.
