Abstract

Communication is the act of conveying intended meanings from one entity or group to another through the use of mutually understood signs and semiotic rules. The main steps inherent to all co mmunication are: the forming of communicative motivation or reason , message composition, message encoding , transmission of the encoded message as a sequence of signals using a specific channel or medium , noise sources such as natural forces and in some cases human activity begin influencing the quality of signals propagating from the sender to one or more receivers. Diskominfo Provsu does all its potential dissemination of information through communication regularly. Some forms of communication done by Diskominfo are coffee morning, press conference, empowerment, Public I nformation Group (KIM) and spreading innovation through coordinated public relations empowerment in Relations Coordinating Board (Bakohumas). Coffee morning is held once a month by inviting community leaders, the central figure in the institutions who are partners in the dissemination of innovation in Diskominfo and religious leaders, as well as all employees at the office of Diskominfo Provsu.
