Abstract

This research aims to investigated the application of the zachman framework in the information system of monitoring integrated health service and pregnant women. The monitoring process of integrated health service by public health centers is crusial but often faces challenges due to the limited number of staff and available time. This frequently result in delays in follow up actions on integrated health services activities and increase the possibility of data manipulation by field workers. Additionally, manually recording the results of examinations of pregnant women in ledgers slows down the retrieval of monitoring history. With an integrated system, public health centers can more effectively monitor integrated health services activities and examinations of pregnant woman. Implementing the zachman framework in this system will assist in analyzing requirement, designing, and developing the system based on the fundamental 5W 1H questions.
