Abstract
Abstract: This study aims to examine the strategies and programs made by the Nurul Hakim Santri Organization (OSNH) in developing students' life skills at the Nurul Hakim Modern Islamic Boarding School. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. In analyzing the data, this research uses the Miles and Huberman interactive model which begins with collecting raw data, then reducing data, presenting data and making conclusions. To be able to see the validity of the data in this study, researchers used the principle of data triangulation. The results of this study explain that the Nurul Hakim Santri Organization (OSNH) uses learning, habituation, reflection, and evaluation strategies in assisting the development of life skills through organized activities based on a predetermined schedule every day. The obstacles faced include differences in the character and abilities of female santri, lack of facilities, and qualified teaching staff. Meanwhile, moral support from the surrounding environment and facilities are supporting factors for OSNH activities in providing assistance in developing the life skills of female santri. Assistance by OSNH is considered to have a positive impact, seen from the increase in discipline and achievements of female santri at the regional and national levels.
