Abstract

This study applies the Fuzzy Multiple Attribute Decision Making (FMADM) method with a Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) approach to determine the best treatment for patients at Noura Aesthetic Clinic. The three main criteria used are diagnosis, facility, and doctor, with four treatment alternatives: Outpatient, Nursing, Surgiving, and Hospital Referral. These results show that the SAW method is effective in integrating various important factors to produce structured and objective decisions. The implementation of this method is expected to improve the quality of medical services and patient satisfaction by providing optimal care according to their needs and conditions. This study provides a solid basis for the application of quantitative decision-making methods in aesthetic clinic management.
