Abstract

We created this article with the aim of finding out how actually a value which is not subjective in nature can influence attitudes so that satisfaction with a job occurs. Through qualitative research methodology with an approach to literature or based on literature review through book reviews and several journals, then analysis and conclusions are drawn from the research. The results found were that if a person who has values in himself then gets fair treatment according to what he does, he will give a good attitude towards his work as a reflection which shows that the person is satisfied with his work or what is often called job satisfaction. This article focuses research on values, attitudes and job satisfaction. We analyzed articles that discussed values, attitudes and job satisfaction in an organization.
