Abstract
The mushrooming of culinary business has an impact that is fast and difficult to predict. This phenomenon shows that business owners should always use the right strategy and changes must be anticipated in order to continue to exist in front of their competitors so as to create a sustainable competitive advantage. The purpose of this study is to determine the right strategy to achieve sustainable competitive advantage in Ropang DKK through TOWS analysis. This study uses a qualitative-descriptive method. The results of this study indicate that Ropang DKK is in a fairly strong strategic position in its class. Because Ropang DKK is good enough to take advantage of opportunities and overcome threats. The main external problems of Ropang DKK are the increasing number of competitors and changing lifestyle towards modern foods. The main internal problem of Ropang DKK is the limited parking space, because when it is full, visitors can disrupt the smooth running of the roads.
