Abstract
This study aims to determine: (1) Implementation of religious activity, (2) the values of moral education, and (3) development of student character in the scouting program at SMK Tarbiyah Islamiyah Hamparan Perak. Methodologically this study is a qualitative research trying to find, analyze and interpret the data found through the study of documents, interviews and observations. Data has been collected through the standard validity checked the validity of the data in the form of trustworthiness. Data analysis technique is to reduce, presenting research results and make conclusions. The results of this study there are three, namely: First, religious activities in the scouting program at SMK Islamiyah Tarbiyah Hamparan Perak implemented through four branches of activity, namely: weekly preaching, Islamic Spiritual (Rohis), Musabaqah Tilawal Quran (MTQ) and visit the mosque. Second, the values of moral education in religious activities in the scouting program at SMK Tarbiyah Islamiyah, among others: karimah morals, spirituality attitude, empathy, solidarity and socio-civic spirit of students to interact with the outside world. Third, the moral development of students in religious activities in the scouting program at SMK Islamiyah Tarbiyah Hamparan Perak dominated by the application of three methods: method of conversation/dialogue, methods of habituation and practice as well as exemplary methods. Now the result of this study is that the implementation of founding mental activity of student by activity of religion in scouting in Vacational School of Tarbiyah Islamiyah Hamparan Perak about weekly propaganda activity, islamic spiritual, Musabaqoh tilawal Quran and visiting mosque, be success as the support and contribution between all stakeholders, from the headmaster, coach of scouting, teacher of Islamic Education, and no less imprtant thing is from the students.
