Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study is to determine the persistence of profits, the size of the company and Good Corporate Governance affect the quality of profits in Islamic banking companies for the 2016-2020 period. The research methodology used in this study is research with a quantitative approach. The result of this study is that profit persistence does not affect the quality of profit in Islamic banking companies in Indonesia for the 2016-2020 period, as evidenced by the results of the t count -4,733 < t table 1,761. The size of the company has a significant effect on the quality of profit in Islamic banking companies in Indonesia for the 2016-2020 period,as evidenced by the results of the calculation of 2,865 > t table 1,761. For the variable Good corporate governance has a calculated t value of < t table (-0.465 < 1.761) which means that there is no influence of good corporate govenance on the quality of profits in Islamic banking companies in Indonesia for the 2016-2020 period.
