Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the effect of spiritual intelligence and compensation on the performance of employees. This research using method a quantitative analysis research, the quantitative approach aims to test theories, build facts, show relationships between variables, provide statistical descriptions, estimate and predict results. The object of this research is PT. Bank Sumut Sharia KCP H.M. Yamin. The data in this study used primary data, namely data from questionnaires distributed to all employees of PT. Bank Sumut Sharia KCP H.M Yamin. The results of this study are that there is no partial significant effect of the spiritual intelligence variable on employee performance at PT. Bank Sumut Sharia KCP H.M Yamin. Which is evidenced by the value of Sig. > α (0.287 > 0.05). There is a positive and significant effect partially on labor compensation variables on employee performance at PT. Bank Sumut Sharia KCP H.M Yamin which is evidenced by the value of Sig. < α (0.012 < 0.05).
