Abstract

Pricing in buying and selling should be based on the quantity and quality of the product. The all you can eat system does not give a clear picture of either of these things. The concept of all you can eat is currently having a big influence because it is considered a form of modernity in buying and selling. This influence apparently comes from the tendency of people who like new things and people's liking to eat freely but at an affordable price. This study aims to determine the pricing in the all you can eat system and how the pricing is if reviewed based on the perspective of Imam Syafi'i. This type of research is empirical legal research with a living case studies and conceptual approach. This approach is useful for researching pricing concepts in the all you can eat system. According to Imam Syafi'i, in buying and selling, there must be clarity in determining the price of products. The determination is certainly based on the quantity and quality of the product.
