Abstract

This study aims to determine the Program and Distribution of Productive Zakat of the National Amil Zakat Agency (BAZNAS) in the welfare of the foor in Labuhan Batu Regency. This research uses qualitative methods or field research by collecting data through the process of observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques consist of three paths, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The Based on the results of research on productive zakat program planning for the welfare of the dhu'afa in Labuhan Batu Regency, namely making an Annual Budget Work Plan (RKAT) which is carried out every year, the RKAT will formulate all programs that will be held as well as the cost or program budgeting requirements. Implementation Distribution of productive zakat is distributed in the form of cash to the dhu'afa who have businesses and still need additional capital. Distribution of productive zakat is developed by using the qardhul hasan contract. Productive zakat for the welfare of mustahik in Labuhan Batu Regency is enough to help the economy and business of the poor people. The dhu'afa feel very grateful to receive business capital assistance from BAZNAS because it can be returned according to ability and without any interest.
