Abstract

This study aims to provide an overview of the preparation for the application of the Distance Learning system (PJJ) to Face-to-face Meetings (PTM). This research is a type of qualitative descriptive research with a case study approach (case study). The research subjects were principals, vice principals and teachers. The data collection techniques are through interviews, observation, and documentation. Steps to analyze the data by reducing the data, presenting the data and concluding it. To test the validity of the data, credibility, transferability, dependability and confirmability tests were conducted. The findings of this study are: First, the preparation for the application of the PJJ system to Limited PTM at SMA Negeri 1 Bilah Hilir is that the principal asks permission from the guardians of students to restart face-to-face learning in schools with the Limited PTM procedure. The two supporting factors in implementing learning applications from PJJ to PTM Limited are gudget, students and teachers do learning using learning media such as zoom meetings, google class rooms, whatsapp grub, and others. The third inhibiting factor is the internet connection which is not always stable, thus adding teachers to deliver learning materials. The four learning effectiveness made by the principal based on the PTM Limited SOP of students attending school are only 50% and using the AB-AB system, which means that students will attend school 3 times a week. The conclusion in this study is that the principal does not have too much difficulty in reopening face-to-face learning, because the area enters the green zone area, which means that the spread of COVID-19 is still low on the condition that the school has made a Limited PTM SOP.
