Abstract

The aims of this research are: (1) to find out about how the Principal's Transformational Leadership is and (2) to find out about how professional teachers are: (3) to find out the interaction of principals' leadership on teacher professionalism at Nurul Hadina Private Junior High School, Patumabak District. In this study, to process data from the results of this study, it was carried out using a simple linear regression method and with the help of the SPSS version 20 program. The data obtained from the results of this study were analyzed using correlation and regression analysis statistics that met the necessary requirements, namely: (1) test normality of each data, (2) linearity test, and (3) data homogeneity test.
