Abstract

This study aims to describe the Management of Quality Improvement of Education in Daar Al Uluum Asahan Islamic Junior High School. This study aims to reveal: (1) Planning for Improving the Quality of Education in Daar Al Uluum Asahan Islamic Junior High School, (2) Organizing Education Quality Improvement in Daar Al Uluum Asahan Islamic Junior High School, (3) Implementation of Education Quality Improvement in Daar Al Uluum Asahan Islamic Junior High School Al Uluum Asahan. (4) Supervision of Education Quality Improvement in Daar Al Uluum Asahan Islamic Junior High School. This research uses qualitative research, with a phenomenological approach, the research data collection is obtained by observation, interview and documentation techniques. To check the validity of the data using triangulation techniques, namely by using credibility, transferability, dependability, and confirmability. Steps to analyze the data using data analysis model Milles and Hubberman, namely reducing the data, presenting the data and then concluding. There are four findings in this study, namely : (1) Planning to improve the quality of education in Daar Al Uluum Asahan Islamic Junior High School was carried out through meetings involving the principal, assistant principals 1 and 2, and teachers. . All school personnel cooperate with each other in planning work programs to be implemented in order to create a good, superior and quality school education. (2) Organizing the improvement of the quality of education at Daar Al Uluum Asahan Islamic Junior High School is carried out by making a school organizational structure and making clear work details or division of labor, then carrying out work coordination and monitoring that is clear and directed. (3) Implementation of improving the quality of education in Daar Al Uluum Asahan Kisaran Islamic Junior High School is carried out after the planning and organizing process. Principals, assistant principals, administrative staff and teachers have realized and implemented various programs planned, in order to achieve good, superior and quality education. The implementation of improving the quality of education is carried out and carried out through a process and stages, in order to achieve goals effectively and efficiently. (4) Supervision of improving the quality of education at Daar Al Uluum Asahan Islamic Junior High School is carried out and implemented as an effort to observe, check and monitor the quality of education at Daar Al Uluum Asahan Islamic Junior High School, so that efforts to improve the quality of education that are being carried out run according to the plan has been established, in order to achieve a good, superior and quality education quality. With the supervision, it is hoped that it can improve, straighten and correct existing deficiencies and mistakes and it is hoped that deviations in various things can be avoided. Supervision of the quality of education at Daar Al Uluum Asahan Islamic Junior High School is supervised and monitored by school principals and school supervisors.
